The Clinton Foundation pulled some of its Hollywood strings and got Frank Underwood (aka Kevin Spacey) to do his Bill Clinton impression for Bill’s 68th birthday. In the video, Frank/Bill/Kevin calls Hillary at her rectangular office to ask about his birthday gift.
