A lot of nerds with instruments were on the loose this week, from Weezer to Devo to They Might Be Giants. But the cool kids like the Black Lips, Jill Scott, and JEFF the Brotherhood also did their thing, as did strummers like Colin Meloy, Gillian Welch, M.
