Cee Lo Green to Play Raekwons Dad in Raekwon Biopic
About a year ago, Raekwon announced plans to film a biopic about the Wu Tang member he admires most — himself — and no one really cared. But now that the script for C.R.E.A.M. is almost finished and it looks like it will actually get made, things are getting exciting. To wit: Cee Lo Green has been cast to play The Chef’s father. “When I called him and told him about it he was just overwhelmed,” Raekwon said. As for who gets to play Raekwon himself, that’s still undecided. Chuck Inglish of The Cool Kids is the leading contender, but Rae doesn’t know if he can act.
