Based on chef Eddie Huang’s 2013 memoir, Fresh Off The Boat focuses on a Chinese family that immigrates to the greater Orlando area in the nineties. We’re going to go ahead and point out that the Huangs probably need a hilarious neighbor and James Van Der Beek was everywhere in the nineties. We’re just saying.
